So we flipped the model. Instead of serving every borrower in every category, we focused on one: self-made Australians buying property.

Flexdoc was founded by Peter Esho, with more than 20 years across real estate and investment markets. He's built the business around the principle that self-made Australians deserve a finance partner who actually understands how they earn.

Peter and the team are building tools most brokers don't, and most don't need to, because they're not operating at this scale or in this niche.

Our public product catalogue API is a live, structured record of current lending policies across our panel.
