Accountants & Advisors
Most Flexdoc clients come to us through their accountant or financial adviser, and that's by design.
Self-employed finance and SMSF property lending both demand a level of structural thinking that the big banks treat as friction. Your clients need a partner who can hold that complexity without asking you to simplify it.
* We review borrowing capacity against your client's actual structure: trusts, companies, retained earnings, SMSF balances. No oversimplification.
* We stay in contact with you through the finance process, so nothing in the lending conversation contradicts the strategy you've set.
* We flag anything the lender requires that might affect how the structure needs to sit, before it becomes a problem.
* We don't provide tax or financial advice. That's your role. Finance execution is ours.

Flexdoc has experience arranging finance for clients purchasing across a range of new-build and established projects.
Where a developer has a
pipeline of buyers who meet our audience, self-made Australians, SMSF trustees, business owners, we're happy to discuss how we can support settlement on selected projects.
