His view remains that piecemeal tax policy changes won't address undelying issues of undersupply, which is the real reason why property prices have continued to rise higher in Australia.
Finally, Esho explained that investors are the solution, not the problem, to increase rentals and improve quality of life for many Australians living in major metropolitan cities.
